Circumstances for returns and refunds
Product Quality Issue
      Within a few days after received the goods, take the picture or videos, send us email describe the problem. After we confirmed it is caused by us. We can send you replacement new product. As the freight very expensive, you don’t need to return us the products which have quality issues.
Goods missed in the transmission
      If you didn’t receive the goods > a few days, we will check with our forwarder, if confirmed it is missed, within several work days, we will arrange send out new products again to you. When you couldn’t check your tracking information in your account, you could come to us help to know the goods status anytime.
      There is no returns option, if you meet above circumstances,you can requires send new products or refunds. We are not accept any other not belong to above reasons require to return or refund. Time limit for accepting replacement new product and refunds. For all refunds ,you need to send us an email about your account or bank details. We will refund you ASAP.
      Return time: Within 30 days after receiving the items.
      We will refund as soon as we see normal logistics.
